Medicine built around you,
not a protocol built around a diagnosis.
Our Approach…
Vivante Collective is not a supplement plan, a hormone replacement program, or a wellness retreat. It is a physician-designed, relationship-centered 12-month journey that addresses the eight interconnected systems that determine how you feel, perform, and live — in the right order, at the right depth, with the right support around you.
We begin where everything begins: your hormones. Then we build outward — to your heart, your metabolism, your gut, your mind, and your identity. Every decision is made with your specific labs, your specific history, and your specific life in mind. Nothing here is one-size-fits-all.
This is the care you have always deserved. It simply took finding the right physician.
"High energy. A clear mind. A body that works with you. This is not a luxury. This is what you deserve."
The Framework
Eight systems. One year.
A complete picture of your health.
01 · Hormone Function
The master regulator of everything that follows. Until your hormones are assessed, optimized, and stabilized — sleep, mood, weight, cognition, libido, and cardiovascular health cannot be fully addressed. This is where the V-Protocol begins, and it underpins every subsequent system.
02 · Cardiovascular Risk Reduction
CIMT imaging, cholesterol profiling, inflammatory markers. Protecting your heart for the decades ahead.
03 · Metabolic Risk Reduction
Insulin resistance, glucose monitoring, body composition, GLP-1 evaluation. Reclaiming your metabolic health.
04 · Metabolic Risk Reduction
Deep-dive testing for deficiencies that standard labs miss. Personalized supplementation based on your specific results.
05 · Gut Health Optimization
GI Map microbiome testing where indicated. The gut-hormone-brain connection addressed as one integrated system.
06 · Movement & Exercise
Personalized exercise prescription aligned with your hormonal phase, metabolic data, and InBody composition results.
07 · Stress Reduction
Cortisol assessment, nervous system regulation, and the downstream effects of chronic stress on every system above.
08 · Sleep Hygiene
Sleep architecture, hormonal disruption patterns, Oura Ring data interpretation. Because nothing heals without it.
Transparent, personalized testing. No surprises.
Every lab panel is customized to your health history, symptoms, and goals. We never order tests you don't need, and we always tell you what to expect before anything is ordered.
Standard Testing — Insurance Billed
Labcorp & Quest Diagnostics: Standard lab work is ordered through Labcorp or Quest Diagnostics and billed directly through your in-network insurance. What is covered is determined by your individual health plan and insurance carrier.
Typical panels include: comprehensive metabolic panel, CBC, thyroid (TSH), lipid panel, HbA1c, fasting insulin, estradiol, FSH, LH, testosterone, DHEA-S, and progesterone.
Specialized Testing — Additional Cost
Advanced Diagnostic Panels: Specialized testing provides deeper clinical insight beyond standard panels. These tests may be submitted to your insurance but may not be a covered service based on your individual health plan.
May include: Boston Heart Labs (advanced cardiovascular), GI Map (microbiome & gut health), Dutch Complete (comprehensive hormone metabolites), and micronutrient panels.
We will always discuss the clinical rationale and estimated cost of any specialized testing before ordering. Our goal is to give you the most complete picture possible — within a framework that respects your financial decisions. You are always in control of what we order.
At month twelve, we show you exactly what changed.
Your Year-End Health Summary
Every founding member receives a personalized Year-End Health Summary — a comprehensive document prepared by Dr. Verrico that maps your complete transformation across all eight systems. This is not a lab printout. It is a clinical narrative of your year.
Baseline vs. Current Comparison
Side-by-side comparison of every key lab value, InBody metric, and symptom score from month one to month twelve.
System-by-System Review
A clear narrative of what was found, what was addressed, and what measurably improved in each of the eight systems.
Supplement & Protocol Summary
A complete record of every supplement, hormone, and intervention — and the clinical rationale behind each decision.
Year Two Roadmap
A personalized plan for the year ahead — what to maintain, what to optimize further, and what new goals to pursue.
Shareable Physician Summary
A concise summary designed to be shared with your existing specialists, primary care physician, or any new provider.
Your Personal Health Narrative
Written in plain language — not medical code. A document you can read, understand, and carry forward with pride.
The Curriculum
Twelve months. Twelve sessions.
One progressive arc of transformation.
Each monthly gathering is physician-curated, expert-led where appropriate, and intentionally sequenced — mirroring the clinical phases of your personal protocol. Every session builds on the last.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
No. Standard labs (metabolic panel, thyroid, hormones, lipids, etc.) are billed through insurance via Labcorp or Quest. Specialized panels (like Boston Heart Labs, GI Map, or Dutch Complete) may cost extra and aren't always insurance-covered — but Dr. Verrico always explains the clinical reasoning and estimated cost before ordering anything, so you stay in control of what's tested.
-
No — it's broader than that. While hormone optimization is where the program begins (since it affects sleep, mood, weight, cognition, and cardiovascular health), the V-Protocol is a relationship-centered, whole-person approach covering physical, metabolic, emotional, and even financial/social dimensions of midlife health, all personalized to your specific labs and history rather than a one-size-fits-all protocol.
